In this new step for TOSW we begin in style and what better than slip into the Maison Dior!! Thanks to La petite fille à Paris and to James Bort we know what is cooking in the back of the sewing house.
Todo comienza con unos bocetos...
It all starts with sketches ...
Y después, todas esas personas que no vemos, pero que sin ellas no podríamos ver estas espectacualres creaciones, van moldeando los trajes sobre maniquíes.
And then all those people who we don't see, but without them we couldn't observe these spectacular creations, shape the costumes on mannequins ...
Cortes, patrones, moldeados, bordados..., y todo para que finalmente surja algo mágico...
Cuts, patterns, shaping, embroidery ... and everything to make something magic...
Y después ¿qué se hace con todo esto? Pues vuelve a la Maison Dior y es ordenado meticulosamente en amplias y elegantes salas desde donde se comienza a dar salida a la colección con la venta a boutiques, shootings para las campañas, etc.
¿A quién de vosotras no le gustaría campar a sus anchas por esta "casita" probándose todo lo que se le ponga por delante?
And then what do they do with it?
